As the Lead PCC, you will play a vital role in both client experience and operational excellence. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and cared for—while also guiding and mentoring the front desk team to uphold Cúrate’s high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in a patient-facing or client service role (luxury services, medical aesthetics, medspa, or healthcare preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build instant rapport
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new scheduling/CRM systems
- A calm and confident presence in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who leads by example and inspires those around them
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and helping others feel their best
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
