We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support that enables our organization to function smoothly and efficiently. You will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Provide clerical support, including typing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
