Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Handle guest complaints and issues with diplomacy and quick resolutions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a related customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using office software and telephone systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.

Salary : $17 - $24
