As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with diplomacy and quick resolutions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
