Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of a diverse range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events and functions
• Support the logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Prepare event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage
• Register attendees and manage guest lists
• Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
