In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of a diverse range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events and functions
- Support the logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
- Prepare event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage
- Register attendees and manage guest lists
- Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
