Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting corrections or adjustments.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Document interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity at all times.
