Job Overview:

In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative communication plans that effectively convey our brand message and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies and plans.
• Create and edit compelling content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage and enhance the organization's social media presence and engagement.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure all employees are informed and aligned with company initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception of the organization, preparing reports and recommendations as necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments to support their communication needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
