About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed call center metrics and performance goals, including call time, call handling, and resolution rate
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain a positive work environment
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide relevant solutions or guidance
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Qualifications
