Reports To: Assistant Event Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Event Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
  • Maintain schedules and deadlines while ensuring that all tasks are completed
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and venues to ensure smooth operations
  • Help prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
  • Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and teardown
  • Monitor event budgets and assist with financial tracking

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Salary : $18 - $25
