Role Overview
We are looking for Family Medicine and Primary Care Physicians to join our talent network and help advance AI systems through clinical data validation and decision-support expertise. What You Will Be Doing
- Review and annotate clinical text, EHR data, and case notes for AI training
- Identify diagnoses, treatment pathways, and patient outcomes relevant to primary care
- Audit datasets and validate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and edge case definitions
- Evaluate AI-generated recommendations and provide structured feedback
- Support development of clinical documentation standards and training materials
Who We Are Looking For
- MD or DO with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in good standing
- Strong clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings
- Strong ability to interpret clinical data and apply evidence-based reasoning
- Preferred: Experience in academic hospital settings
