Physician-led organization is actively recruiting for a Hospitalist to join their team in Des Moines, IA. Hospital is a 600 bed state-of-the-art facility with a closed ICU and no procedures required by the hospitalist team. Average census of 14-16 patients per rounder. Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed salary based on an attractive incentive package. Des Moines is a vibrant community with a population over 200,000 and an international airport with flights to 35 destinations

Hospital Employee, Inpatient only.
Annual Salary.
Production Incentives available.

CME time and money available.
EPIC in use for EMR.
No Procedures Required.
Self-scheduling with 23 shifts every six weeks.
Shift options are: 7a-5p rounding shifts - 2p-12a swing shifts - 7p-7a overnight shifts.
