The two-year guaranteed base salary of $540,000 transitions into a senior comp model with productivity bonuses up to $80/wRVU.

Team: 7 GI Physicians (1 off-site), 6 APPs.
Hospital Employee .
Procedures: General GI with optional EUS/ERCP, 8-10 scopes daily, ~8-10 clinic patients.
On-site, brand-new Endoscopy Center with 5 procedure rooms and full Anesthesia support.
Inpatient Rounding: With NP and internal medicine resident.
Full interventional radiology and surgical support (colorectal, bariatric, laparoscopic).
$45,000 recruitment Incentive (negotiable).
1:7 Call Ratio.
