Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy to clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges
- Create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for healing and growth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain appropriate clinical documentation
- Stay informed of current best practices, ethical guidelines, and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible
- Clinical experience working with trauma, CPTSD, grief, or family systems
- Training in , DBT, CBT, or other trauma-informed approaches preferred.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
