Title: Regional Asset Protection Manager - NE Region
Location: Hartford, CT
Travel: 25-50%
Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt
About the Role: We're looking for a seasoned District Asset Protection Manager to lead safety, security, and loss prevention across 25 retail dispensary locations. This critical role will manage field security operations, investigations, compliance programs, and vendor partnerships while training teams and driving a culture of safety and accountability.
What You'll Do:
- Lead asset protection strategy and execution across retail sites
- Investigate theft, fraud, and integrity violations; partner with law enforcement
- Oversee audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
- Manage security systems, vendors, and budgets
- Deliver training and support incident response
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years in asset protection or security management
- Strong leadership, investigation, and systems expertise
- Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/military service preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand/walk frequently, and work in confined spaces
- Exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, loud noise, and PPE-required environments
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational conditions
