We’re growing fast and seeking a seasoned, polished sales executive with experience in healthcare to help expand our client base.
What We’re Looking For
5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, clinical research, pharma, or medical advertising
Existing relationships with CROs, hospitals, research sites, or pharmaceutical companies (preferred)
Confident presenting to executives, physicians, and stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital marketing and healthcare advertising
Polished, professional, and comfortable attending industry events
Shark mentality: persistent, strategic, and always closing
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with healthcare organizations (clinical, pharma, and research sectors)
- Pitch CuraAd’s full suite of services:
- Clinical trial recruitment
- Digital advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Healthcare SEO and website development
- Branding and content creation
- International campaigns for global clients
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to source and close leads
- Lead discovery calls and tailor strategies to each client’s goals
- Collaborate with internal marketing team for proposals and onboarding
- Maintain CRM activity and report sales performance regularly
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
Qualifications
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management
- Experience in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $40,000/year (In-Person Role)
Commission: 20% on all closed deals (uncapped) - 1st month New Clients (uncapped)
or
Remote: 50% Commission on all closed deals - 1st month New Clients (uncapped)
- Performance Bonuses: Earn additional income when you reach revenue milestones
- Support: Access to a full internal marketing team for leads, decks, and onboarding
- Earning Potential: Realistic OTE $100K
- Location: Miami, FL – in-office event-based presence required
