We are opening an authentic, Northern Italian restaurant in the heart of Downtown Rogers. We value the tradition and authenticity of Northern Italy. Our restaurant revolves around 4 main regions of Northern Italy – Piedmont, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, and Alto-Adige.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and waitlists accurately
- Escort guests to tables with grace and efficiency
- Maintain an organized front entrance and host stand
- Communicate effectively with servers and management
- Assist with guest flow during peak service times
- Uphold cleanliness and appearance standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 4PM-9PM Tues-Saturday
- Friendly, composed, and dependable demeanor
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and gracious during busy service
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Experience with Toast POS preferred.
