LPN or RN Nights Melrose

Hiring 2 nurses, one casual nurse-every 4th weekend 12 hour night shift and a part time nurse. The Part Time nurse will also be on an every 4th weekend rotation with a 1-2 additional shifts during the week.

Starting wage for new grad LPNs is $27.50, and for new grad RNs is $36.00. Night Shift Differential is an additional $4.00 per hour.

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our healthcare team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans

- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the appropriate medical staff

- Nursing Lead on the night shift team.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in MN

- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices

- Proficiency in using electronic health record PCC Preferred

- Experience in Long Term Care a plus.
