Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate patient care and improve overall organizational performance
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Review and analyze medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in nursing practices, technology, and regulations
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support and guidance as needed

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in acute care or hospice care settings
- Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare practices
- Strong understanding of documentation review processes and quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
