Job Summary:
- Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
- Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
- Interact with other departments in setting up procedures and policies, and in problem solving as it relates to dining service and nutrition.
- Actively participate in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
