Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
- Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care and support in complex clinical situations.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families.
- Assist in staff scheduling, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and manage critical situations with professionalism and calmness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and staff activities.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience as a charge nurse or in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound clinical decisions.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications preferred.
