Key Responsibilities:- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces in accordance with established protocols.
- Collect, sort, and operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing.
- Maintain proper storage and inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- Support the healthcare team by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for all residents, patients, and staff.
- Follow all regulatory policies related to housekeeping, laundry, and safety.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or similar roles preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and laundry equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical capability to perform cleaning and laundry tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
