Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor patients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and patient status.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient well-being.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in patient care preferred.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Availability for part-time hours including every other weekend shifts.
- Current certification or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
