Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive team’s calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure secure management of sensitive documents.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, communications, and reports on behalf of executives.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant administrative certifications are a plus.
