Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status accurately.
- Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following established protocols.
