Cups Espresso & Cafes (Bainbridge Island) is looking for our next team member for WEEKENDS MAINLY! Our team is the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a Full-time weekend Barista / Team Member to join our Bainbridge Island café. This jobs hours can be shared between our Poulsbo location occasionally for coverage.

What You’ll Do
- Craft hot and iced espresso drinks with care and accuracy.
- Prepare sandwiches, bake pastries, and scoop ice cream.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to every customer.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Keep the café clean and welcoming throughout the day.
- Follow all food safety and health standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 (no high school applicants).
- Previous food service or customer service experience a plus, but not required—we’ll train.
- Availability for both weekday and weekend shifts, plus holiday coverage (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.).
- Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time to Full-time: 32–40 hours/week.
- Shifts range from 4–9 hours
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Base Pay: $17.13 – $17.50 per hour (DOE)
- Tips: Typically average $6–7/hr
