What You'll Do
- Create and publish engaging photo and video content for Instagram (and occasionally TikTok or other platforms).
- Capture the essence of Cuppi Coffee’s drinks, food, people.
- Visit our café locations to film, photograph, and curate authentic lifestyle moments.
- Plan and propose creative post ideas that align with seasonal menus, promotions, and community events.
- Write catchy captions, use relevant hashtags, and maintain a consistent brand tone.
- Monitor engagement and growth metrics to identify what resonates with our audience.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with management on campaign ideas and posting schedules.
- Respond to comments and DMs to help foster a friendly, community-driven presence online.
Time Commitment (6-8 hours per week)
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or brand management (preferably in the food, beverage, or lifestyle space).
- Proven ability to create high-quality photo and video content optimized for Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and engagement growth.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic.
- Ability to travel to our locations
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable, able to meet deadlines.
- Passion for coffee is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
