Cuppa Coffee in Boston, MA is looking for two experienced baristas cafe managers to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 57 Traveler St and One Merrimac st Boston. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Cafe staffing
- Cafe operations
- Maintain best practises
- Scheduling
- Profit and loss accountability
- Forcasting
- Staff training
Qualifications
- PIC certification an advantage
- 3 years experience
- Must know how to make quality espresso
- based drinks.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Work in a busy enviroment
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Friendly and understanding selling techniques
- Must have been a skilled barista. (Not a coffee pourer)
