The district fully pays health benefits for the employee, and the district also covers 75% of their dependents. Cupertino may grant up to fourteen (14) years of verified, full-time experience for placement on the salary schedule. Annual bonuses for up two (2) advanced degrees as well as an annual bonus of for National Board Certification.
