What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Cupertino Physical Therapy, Inc.?
The PT Career You Envisioned—Finally Within Reach
You’ve put in the years. The coursework. The late nights. The clinical rotations that tested your grit.
Now it’s time for the job that makes it all worth it.
A place where patients aren’t double-booked, where your evals aren’t rushed, and where you’re treated like the professional you trained to be—not “just a new grad filling a slot.”
At Cupertino Physical Therapy, you’ll walk into a clinic built for growth, not burnout. You’ll have the time, mentorship, and support to sharpen your skills, think critically, and see your work change lives—whether it’s helping a high school athlete get back on the field, guiding a weekend warrior to a pain-free stride, or giving someone the confidence to walk without fear again.
Because here, your career isn’t just a job—it’s a craft. We believe the best clinicians are made through intentional practice, collaborative learning, and the freedom to deliver care the right way, every time. This is where your skills will flourish, your confidence will grow, and your passion for PT will stay strong for years to come.
Not Just Mentorship, Real Coaching:
We don’t just “support new grads.” We coach them.
You’ll receive structured, one-on-one mentorship, regular case review, and access to continuing education opportunities. Our goal is to help you grow into a confident, independent clinician with sharp reasoning, strong manual skills, and a voice in your care.
You deserve more than just reps. You deserve real direction.
What This Role Looks Like:
We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in San Jose.
This isn’t a filler role, it’s a foundational one. You’ll step into a full schedule, with the time, tools, and mentorship to treat every patient the right way.
A typical day could include helping a runner return to sport post-ACL repair, guiding a postpartum patient through pelvic floor rehab, or building a customized strength program for someone recovering from spine surgery. You’ll be supported, but never micromanaged.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in California.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Passionate about orthopedic, pelvic health, or neurologic rehabilitation.
- Committed to evidence-based care and 1-on-1 treatment.
- Curious, coachable, and ready to grow—especially as a new grad.
- Bonus if you love movement science, fitness, or performance training.
What You’ll Receive:
- $80,000-$90,000/year based on experience.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Paid time off.
- Continuing education and tuition assistance.
- Structured mentorship and ongoing training.
- A collaborative, clinician-led culture that values growth and balance.
Why This Role, Why Now:
We’re growing—which means you’re stepping into a full caseload, not building one from scratch. You’ll have real mentorship, real patients, and real support—and if you’re ready to grow, we’re ready to invest in you.
Why Apply Today:
Reading job posts only gets you so far. An interview lets you see for yourself—either it’s not a fit (totally fine) or it’s exactly what you’ve been looking for.
Either way, you took a shot—and that’s the kind of person we want on our team.
Apply today. We’re ready to hire as soon as we meet the right fit.
