Cupcrazed is a busy, popular, local bakery located in Fort Mill. We make all of our cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and more from scratch!
We are looking for fun, hardworking team members who:
Can provide spectacular hospitality for our guests Are energetic about baking and being creative! Enjoy working in a stimulating team-based environment! Are dependable, with a positive attitude and a passion for sweets! Maintain a calm and cool presence during the shift with a genuine smile!
What will you do? Bakery Associate will greet customers, guest orders, cash out customers, answer phones, daily inventory, assist in product production, stocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of bakery products and ingredients is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay is hourly plus tips. .
