Responsibilities
- Decorate cupcakes with style and finesse
- Make buttercreams
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work independently
- Be trustworthy to open and/or close shop alone
Qualifications
- Experience decorating and cashiering a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently
