Job Overview
As a Cupbop Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Pay starts at $13 per hour and tips are in addition. We will have additional bonuses available.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to Cupbop recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, dining space, and all equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or a quick-service restaurant is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions are necessary.
