What You’ll Do
- Review work orders and job folders to pull and stage the correct parts for upcoming jobs
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring parts are checked in and stored properly
- Maintain an organized parts inventory and warehouse workspace
- Provide parts and materials to technicians for scheduled installations and service calls
- Deliver parts to job sites when needed to support field technicians
- Accept, inspect, and restock returned parts from technicians
- Assist with basic fleet coordination tasks as needed
- Work closely with the Production team to ensure daily operations stay on schedule
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and comfortable working in a warehouse and production setting
- Willingness to learn security system components and parts
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
- Ability to use a computer for order and inventory tracking
