Cunningham, Inc. is looking for an individual to work part time hours as a custodian at our Oskaloosa location. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the company's buildings by performing custodial tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Trash removal from offices
- Cleaning bathrooms and ensuring they are stocked with supplies
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting
- Cleaning windows and glass
- Informing supervisor when maintenance is needed on equipment or when supplies are needed
- Providing a safe working environment by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations.
- Contributing to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- 1 years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to follow instructions.
