Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ventura, CA. The Account Executive will build and manage a portfolio of advertising clients, including prospecting new business, qualifying leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. This role will develop customized audio and digital marketing solutions, prepare and deliver client presentations, and negotiate advertising packages that align with client objectives and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal programming, traffic, and digital teams to execute campaigns, tracking performance, and preparing reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization. The Account Executive will also stay current on industry trends, competitive media offerings, and audience insights to proactively identify new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and client relationship development, ideally within media, advertising, or marketing services.
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management using CRM tools and data-driven approaches.
- Ability to create and present effective advertising proposals, including audio, digital, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Comfort working with performance metrics, campaign analytics, and audience research to inform client recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and presentation software; experience with CRM and digital ad platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in radio, audio, or digital media sales is strongly preferred; passion for audio and media environments is beneficial.
