Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue goals across radio, digital, and live event platforms.- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance sales team; recruit and maintain a pipeline of top talent.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review pending business and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Attend high-profile client presentations and provide leadership during negotiations.
- Maximize CRM utilization and monitor team performance for success.
- Manage inventory, forecasting, pricing, and reporting in Wide Orbit.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Actively participate in community and business associations to build influential relationships.
- Generate revenue from a personal account list while supporting team growth.
- Oversee budgeting, expense management, and administrative functions.
- Develop creative, customer-focused revenue programs and ancillary sales projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast or digital sales; management experience preferred.
- Proven success in driving revenue and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of integrated media solutions, including radio, digital, and experiential marketing.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy and adaptable to the evolving advertising landscape.
