Your Role – General Manager
Run the Restaurant
- Oversee daily operations and maintain flawless service standards
- Maintaining and ensuring the restaurant is well staffed, well-trained, and allocating the staffs skillset to the correct position
- Manage inventory, ordering, and compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Maintain a polished environment—from cleanliness to ambiance to guest-facing excellence
- Hire, train, and retain top-tier management and service staff
- Foster a calm, professional, and productive workplace
- Ensure your team consistently delivers fine dining service at its best
- Deliver memorable, high-quality dining experiences every day
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

Experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager in fine dining or high-end restaurants
- Hands-on experience in multiple restaurant roles
- Strong independent leadership and operational skills
- Commitment to long-term success

- Friendly but firm decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute a long-term vision
- Additional language skills are a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
