- Upholding High-Quality Standards – Conducting inspections, performing failure analysis, and ensuring accuracy in documentation to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Driving Operational Excellence – Leading and coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive, emergency, and corrective maintenance.
- Guiding & Mentoring Team Members – Acting as a formal resource to support, instruct, and coach others, strengthening overall team capabilities.
