- Deliver service support to both mining and non‑mining customers within the assigned territory
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of mechanical systems with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and reporting in company systems
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership regarding equipment status and service needs
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall customer satisfaction

- A strong mechanical background with proven hands‑on experience
- Proficiency with basic computer systems used for diagnostics, reporting, and work‑order management
- The ability to work independently and manage time and responsibilities effectively without direct supervision
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned service area
- Experience working with high‑horsepower engines
- Background in mining equipment or heavy‑equipment service environments
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Work is performed in both field and industrial settings, including active mining sites
- Mandatory participation in an on‑call rotation to support 24/7 operations
- Required overtime, including extended hours, evenings, and weekends, based on business and customer needs
- Ability to respond to service calls outside standard working hours when necessary

- Apprentice‑Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
