In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by effectively analyzing, recording, and documenting accounting transactions.
- Strengthen financial integrity through precise general ledger entries and thorough, well-supported account reconciliations.
- Support informed decision‑making by providing responsive, professional guidance to management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Safeguard the organization’s value and trust by maintaining strict confidentiality and protecting sensitive financial information.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends and variances, and communicate insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Solid understanding of internal control frameworks to assess risks, strengthen controls, and implement effective remediation plans.
- Proficiency in applying financial regulations—such as tax, banking, pension, and local accounting rules—to ensure all transactions meet compliance requirements.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP to accurately evaluate accounting standards, determine business implications, and explain requirements to stakeholders with varying levels of financial expertise.

Experience
Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepares and posts certain monthly journal entries to general ledger
- Prepares monthly account reconciliations for assigned COA's
- Creates various HFM/Onestream reports as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Administration and training of CoStar Lease Accounting software.
