CFS is expanding and looking for a Full-Time Area Manager based out of Findlay, Ohio.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 2nd Shift Position
- Some weekends required as needed
- Regular travel to surrounding areas required (Findlay, Lima and Blufton)
Position Overview:
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations across multiple locations. This is a working supervisory role, meaning you will lead by example and step in to perform cleaning duties when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support employees across multiple job sites
- Ensure team members are properly trained and following safety procedures
- Perform cleaning duties as needed when staff is absent
- Conduct routine site visits to maintain quality standards
- Communicate with employees to address needs and ensure satisfaction
- Complete reports and maintain electronic communication
- Travel to various locations to support operations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently, with or without accommodations
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent education/work experience
- Cleaning or janitorial industry experience preferred, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
