Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise and coach a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth
- Drive Performance: Monitor referral workflows, track key metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Use Data to Improve Outcomes: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and lead continuous quality improvement efforts
- Enhance Access to Care: Ensure a seamless, responsive, and client-centered intake experience
- Strengthen Community Relationships: Support and oversee referral partner engagement to maintain trust and collaboration
- Coordinate Systems & Processes: Optimize workflows and ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards
- Develop Talent: Provide training and support to continuously elevate team performance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or access services
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel) and EHR systems
