Cummings Properties, one of the region’s largest commercial real estate and property management firms, is seeking bright, polished professionals to foster the company’s relationships with existing commercial leasing clients and develop new leasing prospects. Cummings’ commercial real estate portfolio is comprised of 11 million SF of property in 11 communities north and west of Boston.
Commercial real estate account managers, both in our Beverly or Woburn, MA offices, will lead an exciting, fast-paced career with constant and rewarding client interaction, leveraging sound judgment, perceptiveness, and problem-solving skills working with our commercial leasing clients. Our account managers negotiate lease transactions, deliver superior service, and facilitate clients’ improvement projects, all while developing valuable business relationships with our commercial tenants.
The preferred candidate will possess:
- At least five years of sales and business experience
- Strong writing skills
- A highly professional demeanor, both on the telephone and in person
- Extraordinary drive, work ethic, astuteness, enthusiasm, motivation, and persistence
- Experience in commercial real estate is not required
