The Traveling Electrical Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project teams through support and collaboration in a variety of functions including evaluation, organization, execution, and reporting of project management assignments on electrical construction projects. This position has been designed with robust onboarding and training programs to develop broader project management knowledge, experience, and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in subcontractor project orientation meetings, project team meetings, and GC sub meetings
- Develop submittal logs
- Communicate and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and Project Superintendent
- Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time
- Sustain productive customer relationships while meeting the companys needs
- Support Project Manager in pricing and selling of change orders
Qualifications :
