We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant with EXPERIENCE in structural steel to join our team in Springfield, TN. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, including field measurements, coordination with teams, tracking schedules, and ensuring projects stay on budget and on time.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in structural steel
- Experience in project management, estimating, and blueprint interpretation
- Strong knowledge of steel components and fabrication
- Ability to read construction and shop drawings
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Bluebeam, Tekla, CAD, MS Project is a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Position Details:

- $50K – $70K per year (based on experience)
