Keystone is seeking Front Office Staff to join the team.
The Front Office Staff will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front office responsibilities. Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, updating patient demographics, collecting payments, answering and directing phone calls, and checking patients in and out. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced medical practice, is adaptable to new challenges, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills. Previous medical office experience is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
