Position Title: Graduate Assistant, Dual Enrollment
Supervisor: Director of Admissions
Compensation: Tuition Waiver
Cumberland University is seeking a personable and highly motivated Graduate Assistant to work a minimum of 20 hours each week primarily assisting with dual enrollment students and other recruitment needs in the office of admissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble student applicant files under the supervision of the Operations staff.
- Input student information into the Student First database system.
- Place student applicant files into the correct filing cabinet location.
- Serve as the back up to the University Concierge and provide lunch coverage, answering the operator phone.
- Assist with administrative projects as needed.
- Assist with recruiting events for Dual Enrollment Students
- Assist with registration of Dual Enrollment Students
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Dual Enrollment & Early College Coordinator or their designee.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a 3.0 or above overall GPA
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at Cumberland University
