What are the responsibilities and job description for the Children's Case Manager position at Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board?
Cumberland Mountain CSB is seeking a professional interested in providing case management services to seriously emotionally disturbed and at-risk children and adolescents in the Russell County area. Duties include writing individual service plans, monitoring progress, advocating for needed resources and coordinating multi-agency involvement. Must work cooperatively with school system and community agency personnel to identify and serve children in need of Case Management services.
