We are seeking a Registered Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all clinical duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff such as EKG, PFT, injections etc.
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper assist with prior authorizations for medication and diagnostic procedures.
- Escort patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
- At least two years of previous experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
