Key Responsibilities: As a Medical Assistant at Cumberland Dermatology, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dermatologists and medical staff in delivering top-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Preparing and maintaining examination and treatment rooms.
- Taking patient medical histories and documenting relevant information accurately.
- Performing basic dermatological procedures under the guidance of medical professionals.
- Educating patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone inquiries.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
