Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dental Hygienist who embodies our core values of humility, trust, family, compassion, and integrity. As a Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will work in our pediatric dental practice to provide exceptional care to our young patients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct oral hygiene procedures for pediatric patients, including dental prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealant application

- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care

- Document treatment plans and patient progress in electronic dental records

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the treatment room

- Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and colleagues

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the practice

- Serve as a leader and mentor for the hygiene assistant team

Qualifications:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist

- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care
